Delete your DuoLeveling account
App: Duo Leveling — Developer: Serhot (Serhat Altin)
Option 1: In the app
- Open Duo Leveling and sign in.
- Go to Settings → Delete account.
- Confirm the deletion.
Option 2: By email
Send an email from the email address of your account to hello@serhataltin.com with the subject „Delete my DuoLeveling account“. We will confirm your request and delete your account.
Data that is deleted
- Your account (login, email address, user ID)
- Profile and game data: username, character, level, equipment, quests, workout plans, story progress
- Your fitness profile and stored step and calorie values
- Profile photo and progress photos
- Friendships, guild memberships, challenges and your push token
Data that is retained
- Purchase and transaction records at Apple, Google and RevenueCat, as far as required by law (e.g. tax law).
- Crash reports in Firebase Crashlytics, which are deleted automatically after 90 days.
- Anonymised values that can no longer be linked to you, e.g. totals of past World Boss events.
Timeframe
Your account and data are deleted within 30 days of your request. Deletion cannot be undone.
Important: deleting your account does not cancel an active subscription. Cancel it separately in the App Store or Google Play.
