Terms of Use - HeartScape

1. Scope

These terms apply to the use of the app "HeartScape - Couple Memories" ("HeartScape"), provided by Serhat Altin. If you download the app from the Apple App Store, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA) also applies. By using the app you accept these terms.

2. Account and partner sharing

You need an account to use HeartScape and must be at least 16 years old. You can connect with one partner via an invite code. Content you create is shared with your connected partner. Only connect with a person you trust.

3. Your content

You remain the owner of the content you upload (photos, texts, etc.) and are responsible for it. Only upload content you have the right to share. Illegal, offensive or third-party-infringing content is not permitted. You grant us only the rights needed to store your content and show it to you and your partner.

4. HeartScape Premium (auto-renewable subscription)

• HeartScape Premium is offered as a monthly and a yearly auto-renewable subscription.
• Prices are shown in the app before purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings after purchase.
• Refunds are handled by Apple according to Apple's refund policy.
• Purchases can be restored on a new device via "Restore purchases" in the app.

5. Availability

We work to keep HeartScape available and secure but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation. Features may be changed, extended or discontinued.

6. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable, typical damage. Otherwise liability is excluded. Please keep your own copies of important photos.

7. Termination

You can stop using the app and delete your account at any time (Settings → Delete account). An active subscription must be cancelled separately in your App Store account settings. We may suspend accounts that seriously violate these terms.

8. Final provisions

German law applies, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence. Information on data processing can be found in our Privacy Policy.
