How do I connect with my partner?

Each account has a personal invite code. Share your code with your partner (or enter theirs) under "Add Partner" in the app. Once connected, your memories, dates and other content are shared between the two of you.

How do I cancel my HeartScape Premium subscription?

Subscriptions are managed by Apple. Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name → Subscriptions → HeartScape, and choose Cancel Subscription. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period to avoid renewal.

How do I restore my purchases?

How do I delete my account?

In the app, go to Settings → Delete Account. This permanently deletes your account and your data. You can also request deletion by email. Note: an active subscription must be cancelled separately in your App Store settings.

Who can see my content?

Only you and the partner you connected with. Your content is never public, there are no ads and we do not sell your data.
